Within walking distance there are all the necessary infrastructure: shops, restaurants, bars and massage salons. We also have a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes.

Booking policy
Guests pay 50% non refundable booking deposit to book, balance due 30 days before check-in.
If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund.
Refund will be made with deduction of bank transfer fees and losses.
House rules
- Take off your shoes before entering the apartment;
- Put trash in a plastic bags before dispose it;
- Do not leave shoes and garbage bags outside apartment;
- Do not throw toilet paper or sanitary napkins in toilet bowl, please use bin;
- Do not smoke inside the house;
- Keep windows and doors closed while using air conditioner;
- Please switch off the light, air conditioners, lock windows and doors before leaving the house;
- Keep your money and valuables belongings in the safety box (maintenance company is not responsible for any loss).
